We’re putting together a VR kit for our students here at Leumeah High School.
VR stands for Virtual Reality. We’re looking to pair old iPhones with VR goggles like the ones in the picture, so that our students can take on a new unique learning experiences. With a VR kit, we can take students on field trips under the sea in the great barrier reef and visit monuments like the great Colosseum in Rome. We can even take them onto an international space station!
So why do we need you?
We've bought the goggles. What we need are some second hand iPhones to power them. In fact, we need 30 - 40 old iPhones. Most people have some kind of old device lying around at home. If yours is an iPhone 4 or newer we’d love to take it off your hands and put it to good use. All you need to do is follow this link here with instructions about how to wipe all your content and either send it to school with a student or drop it into our front office.
