Highly engaging and powerful learning experiences are what motivate us to get out of bed in the morning. Our teachers are passionate about, you guessed it, teaching. And we are really excited about the changes we are putting in place for our future students. From 2023, all students at Leumeah High School will access their learning with the aid of an iPad.

We've been working on our iPad program since early 2018 and in that time we have developed partnerships with T4L and Apple Education. We've engaged our staff in many hours of professional learning, consulted with community, visited other schools across Australia to see what they are doing and engaged Apple Professional Learning specialists to work with our teachers and students. We've become a leader in this space. Our staff are regularly called upon to share their expertise with other schools across Australia and overseas.

We've seen notable improvements in a number of data points for our students. Improved attendance, lower behaviour issues and improved academic results. Our parents are saying that their child has been coming home and talking about their learning and showing them what they have been doing.

We are thrilled to share that from 2023 we have been able to secure funding to heavily subsidise the cost of an iPad for families along with an ongoing commitment to maintaining our digital infrastructure and employing technical support.
